Strategy
Iron Tide Command
★★★★☆ 4.3
Iron Tide Command drops you in charge of a stretch of coastline under constant pressure, and asks you to build, defend, and expand without ever quite having enough resources. It's real-time but forgiving, with a pause-to-plan option that keeps the pressure fair on a touchscreen.
What we liked most is how readable everything stays. Unit types are color-coded, the map never clutters, and you can issue commands with a tap-and-drag that feels natural. Later missions introduce weather and terrain effects that force you to rethink formations, which keeps the campaign fresh.
It's not a genre giant, but it's a smart, tidy strategy game that respects mobile play. Sessions land around fifteen minutes each, which makes it easy to dip in and out.
What we liked
- Clean, readable maps built for touch
- Pause-to-plan keeps it fair
- Terrain and weather add real tactics
